Cadbury's management recently rejected a $16 billion suggest from Kraft. On oct 5th, Felicity Loudon, whose grandfather Egbert Cadbury was a managing director of the company, made clear her distaste for the possible deal. She told a British newspaper that as a Cadbury, she feels quote, "particularly saddened by the possibility of one of the last remaining British icons disappearing into an American plastic cheese company."
