Drinking Water is more required to life



Water is more required to life - our bodies are more than 75 percent water. It is potential to live many days without food, but we can't survive that long without water. The health profit of regular water drinking is many. It helps with good hydration, ensuing in increased vigor and vitality. It helps dilute the urine and flush out a lot of impurities and environmental toxins from the body. This helps to decrease the risk of urinary tract infections, kidney stones, and even some urinary tract cancers.
Taste can be improved by adding a lemon slice to a jug of water, by installing a distiller/purifier, or by drinking bottled water. What is a good quantity of water to drink? For those with regular urinary infections or a history of kidney stones, 2 quarts minimum per day is advised, up to three quarts per day with extremely hot conditions or heavy physical activity.
For older people with bladder control or fluid retention troubles, 1 to 1½ quarts per day is good. For everyone else, 1½ to 2 quarts per day is generally a good guideline.
